Field Axiom does not provide legal advice, private-investigation services, OSHA/code enforcement, engineering, surveying, certified inspection, causation, fault, liability, damages, or repair-scope conclusions. Conditions described in a report are limited to what is visible in the provided materials or documented from authorized, accessible areas at the time of observation, and may warrant review by counsel or the appropriate licensed professional.
