Tier 1 reports are prepared from client-submitted materials and available metadata. Field Axiom may request additional information before finalizing. Reports are intended for attorney/client review and do not provide legal, engineering, OSHA/code, surveying, causation, fault, liability, or certified inspection conclusions.
